So I have an issue that I can't run my own mods directly from the launcher. I can enable them, but they are not working in the actual game. But this is not the main problem by now.
While I was trying to fix the problem from above, I've suddenly changed the descriptor file of my mod a bit, and the game stopped seeing it. The path is right, the game sees other changes in descriptor file, but no matter what I do with the file, I can't make anything with it. Also a funny problem that this file is connected to a Steam Workshop mod (id 3336995126), and if the game can't see original file on my computer, I can't do anything with the mod itself.
So practically I'm want to simply gain control over my mod, as far as I know there was no such questions before me, or they are hidden really well. Classical re-install of the game didn't work.
