Faster, more balanced, early game for Multiplayer Setup. A set of fixes to improve and address some issues harming MP experience.

The idea behind this mod is to make it easier to set up Multiplayer games. There are way too many obstacles in our way right now harming the MP experience if you plan on using at least a few mods. Right now you are forced to play with at least 1 AI for some reason, you are forced to play with Fallen Empires in MP and so on. We try to find the right balance to keep it vanilla style and make it a bit less repetitive and more fun to play. Basically enhance options, speed up early game a bit and make it a more enjoyable experience that does not require 10 mods from every participant.

Here are the changes:


- Leaderpool refreshes every 2 years instead of 10 (in vanilla a huge bottleneck)
- 4 extra energy/mineral income
- 2 extra bio research
- 150 starting influence instead of 100
- Spaceports got some extra HP
- Military stations got some extra HP and a few more slots (this needs balancing testing)
- Warpcooldown slightly reduced
- AI can create larger fleets
- Galaxymap changed to "2D" for better overview
- You can setup matches without AI or Fallen Empires
- Tradedeals can now be between 1 - 50 years
