Steam Workshop::Galactic Community Expanded (3.2)
The Galactic Community in Vanilla is a neat concept, but suffers from being abysmally slow and lacking in content. This mod aims to rectify that by speeding up the Galactic Community and adding a number of new resolution trees, as well as tier six resolutions.
What this mod changes:
The Galactic Community vote timer is now 100 days instead of 1440 days and you can change your vote every 20 days instead of every 120.
Emergency measures now have a cooldown of one year instead of 20 years.
Category and type vote cooldowns are now two years instead of 7 and 14 years, respectively.
The AI will now consider leaving the Galactic Community if it is in breach of two resolutions rather than three. This is changed because sanctions are much stronger with this mod and there are many more ways to be in breach of galactic law.

This mod incorporates the archaeology resolution tree, the tier six Greater Good, Industrial Development, Ecological Protection, Galactic Studies, Mutual Defense, Rules of War, and Galactic Commerce resolutions, and the tier 4 sanctions resolutions from MrArcaneGates Galactic Community++, found here:

What this mod adds:
A tier six Divinity of Life resolution: Crusade Against the Heretic.
4 New Ethics-Themed Resolution categories: Stratified Society (authoritarian), Galactic Diplomacy (xenophile), Enforced Sovereignty (xenophobe) and From Many, One (gestalt). Each of these resolution categories has six tiers.
Galactic Population Controls: Adds a new resolution to completely stop population growth in the Galactic Community. Designed to fight endgame lag; the AI should never vote for it unless it has the environmentalist civic.
Planned future updates: Adding new edicts, planetary decisions, and maybe policies to the new resolution trees.
Compatibility: This mod overwrites these defines:

Furthermore, it overwrites 00_resolution_categories and 00_resolutions, and is therefore not compatible with other mods that do the same, including Galactic Community++. It is, however, compatible with Ethic-Based Resolutions by Cattan, as you can see in the thumbnail. Based on my testing, it is savegame compatible.
