-Itemlist reworked for a better work with with the Addon New Mechs Plus; I had the problem that Stinger, Wasp and Crusader are often the only Mechs available in Stores.
ADDON:
Custom Mechs: a second cicada variant, Javelin, Griffin and Locust. They are equiped with the last new weapons from the DLC.
I replaced only one or two weapons on the 16 Mechs with their LosTech variant from DLC. An example, I replaced the AC10 on the Centurion with an UAC10. Only small changes.
New Mechs:
ItemList deleted from this addon (is included in Main Mod)

Hello everybody! Welcome to this little addition to the Heavy Metal DLC from HBS. All of the DLCs from HBS are very good and give the Player new Toys and Fun.
I create this mod for myself, but I thought it will be funny, if i give it to you for the possibility to play the game with my mod. I hope you enjoy it like me.
This mod is a little mod and it is for people which don't want great modifications for there game. I am playing for fun Skirmish against the AI and so I have expand the new weapons and the vanilla equipment to this mode.
I don't like that HBS give the new Mechs special Equipment. but not to the old ones. I know some modder think about to give Them also special equipment. But I think this is a screw for ballancing. And I see it so, that Battletech has enought screws.
I like the Tabletop, so i've dicided to remove the equipment from the Mechs, and put it in the stores. You can find it on advanced research and advanced electronics World.
HBS has rewrite the stores in Version1.8.
I like it not realy. In my opinion some ideas are good but i don't like that every planet has a minimum from 4 diverent Mechparts. So i rewrite the stores. Now it is more random in the tables and to 50% you get no Mechparts or Mechs. So it could be that no parts available on the market, but it is possible to get many Parts and Mechs. Or something between. I think it is a galaxy on war and so it could be possible that you can have luck and find a great amount of Parts.
HBS has put the new weapons with a high weight in the random tables. I change it and use the new weapons like rare items. It is more common to find Stock weapons on the market. But the idea from HBS for the Black Market and Faction Stores are very good. So i don't change it.
I Love the Marauder II and I miss it in this DLC, so I put the machine in:

Modified Gear:
All Activators and Targeting Systems have a weight of 0t.
All Special Equipment is available in Stores, but is very rare.
Random Mechs at Career Start
I put he new DLC mechs in the table and my Favorite lost tech Mech (Griffin). If you will pick up the Heavy Metal crate, you will get one heavy Mech. Normaly a Dragon.
I've read the Forums and I think some players like it to start with a Heavy Mech in there lance. Why not? If you want a hard start, don't take the crate.
I have to say on my first 2 Skull Mission i lost the Heavy and one Medium Mech. Hey, it is a dice game.

I'm working on a Cockpit, which is a fixed item, but can be use together with other Cockpit gears.
I want to put some costom Mechs in the OpFor. Mechs witch the new Weapons and gear on it. But they should only spawn rarly. I had an Idea to copy the Vanilla mechs and put on them the blacklist tag. So I think the normal mechs will spawn often. If I then write a costom Mech, it will a chance of 33% to spawn. This is my Idea. No Idea if this will work.
