I posted this question on email and got the advice to upload file (here done) to get help.
the different services does not send out any vehicles to fires, pick up dead bodies, pick up garbage and stuff like that. i tried turning of my mods but it does not work.
It gets to a point in the game and until then it works fine but suddenly it stops working like it should.
please help.
