Okay guys this is my first mod so im fully aware that it will likely be buggy.
Anyway, i stared playing and was immediately struck by the waste that was adding empire level titles into the game, but only putting two onto the map (de jure empires). So i started going through the available mods and found some that did something close to what i wanted but not quite exactly what i wanted.
So basically what ive done is divide the kingdom of germany into smaller kingdoms and "arch duchies", then i split what was france into 3 kingdoms. then i added in the "kingdoms" of france and spain which are empire level titles. oh and the british isles.
