Hi! I own Cities Skylines II via Game Pass, but the game doesn't start, cause some mods not working, but the Continue button also not working, so I can't delete the broken mod in game. I tried to delete in the launcher and in the website of Paradox, but my account library can't find CS II - but my Game Pass acc linked to the Paradox, and the launcher still can't see the game.

The MS edition of this game does not use the launcher.
Please go to mods.paradoxplaza.com and unsubscribe from ALL mods and assets.
THEN do a clean reinstall:
…\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities Skylines II\ (if on Steam only)
…\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\
(first move the /saves/ folder elsewhere to keep your save games)
(To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer)

- Install the game again and start a new test city (NOT load any existing one).
