I have just started looking into creating a mod and I want to know if it's possible to add music that plays based on certain events, like encountering a new race or opening diplomacy with a certain race so that each race could have it's own theme? or that you have certain songs play when you get particular anomalies.
I am completely new when it comes to modding paradox games and it's only been Stellaris which has made me want to dip my toe into the water as it were!! though I've done stuff with Civ in the past.
