Description:
This mod makes the Study Technology spymaster job reasonable, which means:
-the passive spread is significantly lowered
-on successful letter from spymaster, only 10 random points are granted, as opposed to 50
This should make the technology system more historically accurate, focusing more on spread and innovation, rather than spying.
Not Ironman compatible.
