Is it possible to make a special concrete extractor with expandable (like heater of scrubber) radial working area? Reason for this is to clean up almost dried up concrete deposits. Or game logic will prevent that by the simple fact that concrete is extracted from the ground, leaving a hole, so radial extractor can't work since it needs access?
