I'm tired of going with any sponsor/commander profile that starts with a breakthrough, any time i play hydro engineer making my starting sector has water, and thus having the milestone for researching a breakthrough/finding water instantly going towards whatever is in the #1 slot of biotech, or if i go terraforming initiative + bioengineer combo, the #2 spot in terraforming (usually the RC Rover, which I can already import) can someone make a mod that will delay giving the research points for milestones until a certain time has passed, that way we can choose out first research before those points are instantly allocated to something i don't want/need. or disable checking for milestones until the first research has been selected, or something like that?
