As I read it yet nowhere, sorry if I missed it, I'll post my reasoning here.
I would be very grateful for a chance to fix the building, as in Sim City 4 - Monument Protection (hope right translation), so that there is not the Possibility for the game to replace it with another / new building.
So if anyone saw a possibility for such a mod I would be very grateful.
