Hey guys, posting my first-ever proper mod, as opposed to just file edits for my own purposes. The Royal Marauder and Crab released in the final major patch aren't quite in line with all the other Lostech mechs. Those have base chassis weight reductions to allow for Tabletop or close-to-Tabletop armour values with the stock loadouts. These two mechs didn't. It's not much, a mere ton each, but it means they're both underarmoured compared to their TT counterparts, and you can't armour them up without making sacrifices elsewhere. The extra ton allows for a surprising increase in flexibility of builds, at least it did for me, and gives the MAD-2R an advantage over the -3R apart from the doubled base cooling.

Also included are modified full chassisdefs and mechdefs that the game itself won't care about, but that you can paste into Battletech's data folder for MasterBLB's Mech Designer to see, that will keep the modded versions separate from the unmodded ones, so you can create builds for both.

Download from the Nexus here, or grab from the link at the bottom of the post. Hope you enjoy!
