Greetings everyone...first of all I would like to say how excellent the mod is, very enjoyable.

Only issue that I have is that from about 250 years into the game, after starting as Aegon the Conqueror, the mod starts lagging. What I mean by lagging is that there are pauses when pop ups arrive, armies don't move around the map as freely and other general lagginess (is that a word? it is now).

Was wondering if anyone else experienced this, and if so what would be some tips to speed it up a little?

I play in a windowed screen and adjusted the resolution to 1200 x 900 and that has helped.

It's like that in vanilla, too. The game is just way too overburdened with the amount of data it has to keep about thousands of courtiers and the long dead historical ones, not to mention other things.

They just keep pumping out those DLC's....stuck between a rock and a hard place I suppose. Anyway, I think that putting up with the lag is well worth it.

Wasn't there a mod somewhere on the forum that erased dead characters from the save files every 50 years or so? I never used it (Hell, I'm not even sure it ever actually existed) but it sounded useful...
