Is it possible to change the up-keep cost of modules? I'd love to create a mod that perhaps has super high damage, or adds an accuracy aura, but the upkeep would be very high. It'd be even better if the upkeep require strategic materials, but that might be beyond the abilities of the engine.

Can anyone help me answer this?
