Mod to add more flexibility for the new service vehicles

I'm looking to for a mod to add more flexibility for the new service vehicles, such as being able to add helicopter landing to existing buildings or on there own without needing to use the helicopter buildings that come with the ND DLC. I think it would be much better to add them to buildings or the back lot of police fire stations or anywhere as we would be able to have the existing police with Thier own air support and so on.

Is there any moders out there that would be able to make such a possibility become a reality ?
