Tribal Rules for Tribal land,
No more castle on conquered land.

How does it work:
Whenever a tribal ruler get a non-tribal lands, which the province capital is a castle/city. The mod "turns" all holdings in target province into an unite tribe.

e.g Normally Byzantium has 2 castles and 4 cities. If Byzantium is taken by a tribal ruler, the castles and cities turn into one tribe with many upgrades building from the original holding, an ultimate tribe.

But don't worry for lost holdings, they're "saved" in form of variables, and it's able to "restore" these building if you taken it back in hurry.
However if the province is ruled by a tribal ruler over decades, it becomes real tribe and lost ability to restore.
(using new_administration modifier as a timer, so a foreigner conqueror takes a longer time to "wipe out holdings", and vise versa.)

This mod also helps that ai/player without "Horse Lords" DLC who cannot pillage, and goes weak since they hold useless feudal/city lands.
Actually, that's the reason why I create this mod. I hatred playing with "Horse Lords" DLC.

It's best with my another mod: "Tribal Nomad". With these two mods enabled, you can disable HL DLC and enjoy an alternative flavour of tribal/nomadic life.
This mod might be a little crazy in 769 start, but that's not my fault anyway. 769 start is crazy in lots of aspects.

As you see, the tribal Norses and Slavs conquered lands become tribal provinces.

Release:
soon, I wrote this mod months ago, and while I'm reviewing code now, I forget how it works LOL.
