Is there a mod out there that has diffrent unit stats/costs for diffrent countries? Not via sliders/doctrines but just that e.g. Germany's ARM IV is diffrent from US one.

Not as far as I know...but that is an interesting premise. I would probably say the US equivelant to the Panzer IV though would have nearly identical stats...considering the Sherman was nearly the equal to it in real life perhaps?
