modding coloor of the banner

Is it possible to modifying the colour of the banner ? Most of the time, the colour of the banner doesn't match with CoA's colours ( if I remeber well, Germany's banner is blue )

You then get this, you can change the colour of the flags.

I guess the word "the colour of the banner" is the flag colour.

To change the flag colour
1) open country.csv in db folder with text editor
2) search by TAG (ex.GERM)
3) change A to B
A) GERM;DarkYellow;german;blue_regular;blue_dark;X

B) GERM;DarkYellow;german;yellow_regular;black_regular;X

4) save changes
