Modding f*** up.

So I got sick of the ridiculously long buildtimes, and saw in another thread that changing them was a simple matter of editing a text file. I opened up the building_costs file in the db folder and altered a few of the values to suit my tastes.

But about 3 months into a game as great Britain, I was clustered by these:

You must upload your pictures in Internet (for example: imageshack). If you didn't do this, we can't see the pictures because we can't enter in your PC.
Another thing, I think that for this problem you wouldn't have to reinstall.

No surprise why you can't mod these, you can't upload an image on the internet.
