I was looking in the files for CK2, and I saw a defines.lua in the common folder, and I was is that something that we are allow to mod that. I'm thinking not because i believe that is hard code, so i wasn't sure if we could mod that.
 
You can mod any text files. Just dont mess with the .exe
 
you can have fun with it as much as you want.
Basicaly, any file that is in clear using a text file program or any picture is free for you to change (that's for PI at least)
