Modding Help - Scopes based on continents

In the More Decisions mod, there is a line under sending a son to the wall that is labeled as "capital_scope = { continent = continent_westeros }" and I will attach the file that has the line of code, but basically I don't think it is working properly because there are people from Essos sending their kids to the wall, when I believe this line is supposed to allow people to send their children to the wall only when they are in the continent of Westeros.

Am I missing something?

Continents were recently replaced in the scripting system by regions, it should now be 'region = world_westeros' instead
