In my ongoing game I picked the Nihilistic acquisition cb, thinking I could repeatedly drain the galaxy without actually having to conquer their planets. I discovered however that there is a "has_total_war_cb = no" check in the common/casusbelli/00_casus_belli.txt. I have removed this check and also "is_country_type = default". When I start my save, I receive a notification that I can use the cb, however it refuses to show up on the declare war screen. Anyone know how to fix this?
