It appears that in Interregnum the various Christian faiths are able to marry BEFORE the Edict of Tolerance.

Is this a standard bug in the game or something that I have inadvertently brought into the mod?

If so, how did I do this (how is it possible) so that I can undo this?

...Aren't you one of the persons who work with Interregnum? :D
And by the way, I think that people married more often due to awesomeness (that is, one women + her incredibly rich father + huge status to me = Marriage!)

EDIT: Like the swedish lutheran king Erik XIV who proposed to the catholic queen Elisabeth I several times, well...he proposed to Mary of Scots as well, and then he ended up married with a peasantgirl...my ecvation doesn't work on Erik...oh well, he's the exception.

That's odd. Are you sure you didn't accidentally set the edict of tolerance flag (that would be number 4) in the scenario file's globaldata section?

I found the problem.

In the Alternative Reformation cycle the version of the Edict there was random but without a minimum year set.

Ooops. This was making the event trigger anytime after flag 1 had been set.

I had looked at the event many times and seen no problems with it.

It's often right under your nose.

Too late for me... yes, it was obviously a global flag problem.

The "only" bugs I know about religions are possible use of Protestant, Reformed or CRC religions in events or setup before corresponding global flag is set (and inluence on provinces for conversions but this is a "feature" for Hussites and not only), Catholic provinces targeted by conversion command for CRC countries and TPs for all, and finally DoF and tolerance sliders for CRC countries.

Do you know more?
