I pretty new to modding, and ive forgotten someof the basics in the visual map editor that came with the game, like how to mark territory as 'demanded' by another nation.

anybody have a link to a 'modding manual' or something of that sort i much appreciate it :>

You can add territory to demand from other counries in the counrty inc file in the scenarios folder,if that is what your talking about?

Yes, probably thinking of nationalprovinces a.k.a. core or claimed provinces.
