A friend and I would like to make a new scenario so that we can play as nations from Lord of the Rings. I'd like make the world about the size of Europe, the Middle East, and Western Russia. My question is is it possible to remove all of the territories from a map, add new ones, and positioning the new territories on the map. If not is there another way I can go around this.
I really just need to know if generating a new map is possible so that I know that I can actually go on and continue making this scenario.
