How does one arrange to have no assigned positions other than consul/archon/king at the games beginning. I've looked through the common and history directories and am beginning to suspect I have missed something simple as plenty of mods alter the game to begin with different or no assignments IIRC. Specifically I want to begin as Rome with no tech ministers assigned as part of a larger experiment with removing leader pictures to correct game lag. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.
