Hey there, I'm working on animated race portraits for a upcoming Mass Effect total conversion called Beyond the Relay, and are having trouble getting these portraits working in-game. I've been following the Portrait modding tutorial on the Stellaris wiki, but it wasn't written with Blender in mind. Can anyone help me figure out why the portraits aren't working properly?
This is the full animated portrait in Blender, with each limb being a separated image plane parented to a simple skeleton.
