Modding the map...?

Until I can play EU3, i would like to mod EU2 a bit.
Is it very difficult to mod the map? I havn't found any tutorial how to do it. Is there any?

Maybe WATK or MYMAP may be more to your tastes thay are the common map mods. If not maybe you can learn something from their discussion.
