Moddir in Multiplayer?

Has anybody gotten this to work? I tried using it with Bloody Reich. It worked fine when I tested in single player, but when my group tried to use it, we wasted almost an entire night trying to get it to work before we gave up.

If you've gotten it to work, how?

If it requires an installer, can anyone make me an installer for BR? I have absolutely no idea how to do that.

If everyone had the same moddir path, you know where the blame goes.

Were you doing an IP game? I have a feeling that it might not work doing it that way.
