No buildings will grow that have a depth of 2 besides 1x2. So no 2x2, 3x2, or 4x2 buildings will ever build. At first I thought it was just weird that the pack didnt include any buildings this size but then I watched the in depth video from the creator and it appears there should be some. I've attempted this with commercial demand bar maxed out on multiple map types, with mods enabled and disabled. As soon as I zone any other size buildings grow immediately. Im on xbox.
