Modify messages?

Please help me on this: I know you can decide to view some kind of game messages in a pop-up window instead of having them at the bottom.
Someone knows what you have got to do to change this setting?

To change how messages appear, you can either right-click on the message you want to change in the game log at the bottom of the game screen, or go into the Option settings, where a list of all types of messages can be set at once.
