I also notice that the AGP on your card is not enabled.
Paradox games rely heavily on this much more than a 3d type game.
So enabling that port would be a good idea.

Take a look through your CMOS you should see the option there.

Well let's pin it down to SP vs MP.
MP games are inheritantly much less stable.
Try a SP game and see what happens.

Since there are so many cards and so many Bios and system manufacturers, It is best to contact the card maker and tell them that Dxdiag reports the AGP unavailable.
They can then talk you through step by step on the phone, how to solve it.
