Mods Dissapearing?

Does anyone have the same?

I use some mods from Steam, for example the mod that allows you to have "streetview". (Which is some awesome mod!!)
But eveytime u start Cities it seems all the mods are gone. When i goto steam im still subscribed to the mod, i just dont see it ingame.

Have to unsubscribe and subscribe again for it to show up and it works fine then. Thats untill i close the game and restart it the next time i have to do this all again.

Anyone having the same? Any solutions or things i might try?

Did you pre-order on Steam & subscribe before release? I think there was a bug with the placement of the folder in this case.

Nope,

I first bought the game, then added mods.
It's still the same, i start the game and the mods are nowhere to be seen in the mods screen. (yet they are there in the screen where i can see all the STEAM items).
Then have to un-subscribe and subscribe and they are back and i can play.
