Hello, I want to know if there will be mods for console versions of games? Surviving Aftermath and Surviving Mars have mod support, so Paradox managed to agree on the integration of mods, why are there problems with CK3, Stellaris, etc.?

I only know this in detail about CSL. There Xbox doesn't have mods as such, only custom assets - anything that changes gameplay is not possible. And Sony make even custom assets effectively impossible on the PS4/5 platform.

So I guess as a Xbox Series X and playing Surviving the Aftermath on that console. I can't use the mod.

But I can use mods on Skyrim Anniversary edition of Xbox Series X. But strange can't use mod on Surviving the Aftermath.
Still it a enjoyable game as I got the Surviving the Aftermath Ultimate edition.
