I am coming back to this game after about a year or so and I subscribed to tons of mods from the workshop before firing up the game yet when I go into the manager in the game there is nothing, completely empty. Has something changed concerning mods? I subscribed to 87 mods right after I installed the game and they are nowhere to be found. I tried looking for answers on the Paradox forum and reddit, also a general search on Google... nothing, not a peep about this issue. Does anyone, anywhere know what is going on? Or have people just given up?
