ive restarted the game dozens of times and picked mods one by one but in the notifications it says "Mods loading: initializing mods" and would stay like that forever, i left the game on for 12 hours and nothing changed

This is a known bug on some systems and both the Paradox Mods team and CO are aware of it
If it is a known bug, are there any common factors like cpu, gpu, OS, whatever?
There doesn't seem to be as far as I know, but the team at CO is looking more closely into it.
