In the Feature List it states that the Stats of your Monarch can be used to "buy" things like Forced March, Generals and
even National Ideas.
Am I correct that with this it is kind of a good Thing if you spend all the Points and then send him on a Death Mission to get a new King?
That seems to be a to easily gamed system.
Wouldn't it be better if you get Diplomatic/Adminstrative/Military Points every year, depending on the Rulers stats?
Or did I understand something wrong?
