In 1924, Montenegro is a pacifist country inhabited by citizens with an affluent standard of living. The total population is 75k and there are 0 radicals. Even though migration is allowed and migration attraction is at 117, no one has ever migrated to this paradise.

Agrarianism is the preferred economic system even though no one works in agriculture. In Montenegro there are only three career branches: portfolio manager, builder and trader.

Though three urban centers and one livestock farm exist, they are completely empty because everyone prefers to work in the financial district, manor houses, construction center and trade center due to the much higher wages they offer. As none of those sectors produce any goods, it results in a 0 GDP economy and 0% unemployment. However, productivity per capita is off the charts.

Due to a current mutual investment agreement with Austria-Hungary and former ones with Greece and Russia, the manor houses and financial district have dozens of investments abroad. This large portfolio results in being able to pay very high wages.

The wages are so high that the citizens can even afford consumer goods that have prices 50%-75% higher than normal. This benefits the traders who have huge profit margins when importing from abroad. The cheapest food in Montenegro costs 75% higher than normal yet everyone can afford it, so no citizen starves.

Montenegro is extremely competitive in trade. It receives 50% competitiveness from free trade and another 25% from the Metternich System which improve trade margins even further. The largest imports are steel, wine and luxury clothes. Steel is only consumed by the construction center which is mainly used by the manor houses and financial center to build new projects abroad. wine and luxury clothes are very popular because about 26% of the population are capitalists or aristocrats.

Montenegro is a parliamentary republic where only the wealthy of both genders are allowed to vote. Since most of the population is wealthy, this basically means that only the builders cannot vote in elections. The Serbs and Albanians have equal rights.

Montenegro is doing very well. Do they have any ambitions in foreign affairs?

Thanks for posting @7Eren and welcome to AARland. Will we be learning more here about how you created this Montenegro?

If you have any questions about AARs, please feel free to ask. Many of your early readers and commentators know quite a bit. Looking forward to more about this "paradise." Are there any problems at all?
