More Bloodlines Mod

This mod adds 30 different main bloodlines and makes it easier to become a saint. Having the same dynasty as your religion head makes it more likely to become a saint. This is something I made because I thought some actions in game deserve bloodlines and vanilla number of achievable bloodlines is too few. I will add more bloodlines as I get new ideas. You can write any ideas for new bloodlines you want added or balance changes for existing bloodlines Also please report any bug you come across so I can fix it.


NOTE: I stopped making additional bloodlines because I am busy studying. I will still do bug fixes if it is reported.

Is there any way we can get this mod just without the Virgin and Art of War bloodline? They're cool ideas and all but it's just that they tend to accumulate all throughout the game because of the AI.

Thank you for suggestion. I will add an option to limit ai bloodlines. Meanwhile you can unzip the mod files, remove soa_misc_events file to remove virgin birth bloodline and in IB_events use a text editor to delete events IB.190 and IB.192 and rezip to play without those bloodlines.

Edit : Made the update. Now you get an event to chose availability of bloodlines for ai at the start of game

What’s the trigger to get the grandmaster chess event? I’m a scrub so my character has genius and game master prior to the event and I only seem to get the international master bloodline. I save scummed but want to make sure I’m not missing anything.

also does the increase chance of genius work because it’s not listed in the bloodline tooltip I’m pretty sure

In that event you get scores based on outcomes of your choices. Getting the max score(8) gives grandmaster bloodline. You can check this link to see how the event works : https://gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/300708/how-do-i-win-the-chess-with-death-event
