If I were to add names for the culture rosters in Game of Thrones (as part of a fuck you to GRRM's blatant lack of culture-building) what RL cultures would I use for the different cultures in Westeros and Essos? Any distinctions between the different Southrons? Or the Free cities? Or other, eastern lands?
