The Arab kings appear as Kings and the lands are Kingdom instead of Sultan/Sultanate. So does the Abbasid Kaliph appear as King of Abbasids. If there's a chance the title should be changed to Kaliph and the his reign changed to Kaliphate of the Sunni. Abbasid was only the name of the dynasty. And by 1066 there was only the title left, all of their lands (including capital city of Bagdad) were granted to Seljuks.

I think it's easier to make arab kings use turkish king title "sultan" universally than make one specific moslem kingdom to be kaliph. Byzantium is the only tag-specific special title at the moment and even Byzantium uses "emperor of Byzantium". So I guess "kaliphate of Sunni" would be only possible by having an additional hardcoded special title for a specific tag and then making Ayyubid to be named Sunni instead.

There is the Pope, of course - but I also believe that the Duke of Pisa is a King - but called a "Duke".
