Mother became insane - can't be assigned to cell

Hey together,
recently a mother with baby in my female prison became an insane. Now she can't be assigned to any cell, because there are no family cells for criminally insane... Family cells in the insane-section also don't work.
Is it a bug or is there a solution?

I'm having same issue got 6 with kids and can't assign a cell

Same issue. They don't use either the regular padded cells or the holding padded cells (even fitted with a crib).
Were female prisoners tested before the DLC was released ?
