Mouse Click Doesn't Work [MacOS]

In the first menu that appears after launching the game, clicking the mouse has no effect. I tried changing the mouse, using mouse buttons, resetting the game, deleting and reinstalling the game, but nothing fixed the problem.
My system is macOS 14.2.1 (23C71).
The launcher version is 2024.1.
Cities: Skylines version is 1.17.1-f4.
What should I do to solve the problem?

I have the same problem since the same date. I can reach to game main menu, but the mouse doesn't click at all. Usually, a trick to solve that was going back to computer desktop and back again to the game by command + shift. But now, if you go back to the computer desktop you can't go back again to the game screen.
I have an Apple M1
macOS 14.2.1
I uninstalled and reinstalled the game two times, clean the cache memory, delete all mods and assets, the overlay thing... everything I read on forums in and out Steam, Paradox and CS, but nothing works.
It happens since January 11th, 2024, after the last update of the game.
We need a solution here.

It happened to me as well yesterday, I played the game two days ago and it ran perfectly smooth with no issues. Yesterday I updated MacOS to 14.2.1 and now I have no control over the launched game, no mouse clicks or keyboard inputs work, not even Esc button or Shift+Tab to enter Steam overlay. Once (probably by accident lol) the game acutally allowed me to somewhat control it but only double clicks worked as usual clicks, I have no clue why it worked for that one time but it was jthe only try out of 20 that worked over the last 2 days :/
 
I also encountered the same problem after updating to macOS 14.2.1. I hope the official can fix it as soon as possible, otherwise I won’t be able to play the first and second generations now.

I'm on a PC running windows. It worked a couple of days ago, locked up while I was playing it, and ever since then I can move the mouse around but it ignores everything I click on even though I do have a mouse cursor.

There is no such file in the PC version to delete. I have tried disabling v-sync, it doesn't work.
