Mouse cursor stuck in the down right corner of the screen on game launch

Description​

This bug happened first on a save with the submod Elder Kings 2 active, while traveling. Since then, when launching the game, after the first loading screens are done and the game opens the first menu, my mouse teleports at the down right corner of the screen and gets stuck there. I then ran the game without any mods, uninstalled then reinstalled but the issue persists.
