Depends if it is mouse related or a the game running slower.
Have you changed drivers for anything or updated your mouse or DirectX?
Are you using the Mouse driver that came with your Mouse or one that windows installed?

What about my question on other updates or programs you installed from when it was working fine to when it was not?

Um I havent installed nothing yet. Except AIM, and 2 other games.
Please run a DirectX Diagnostic:
Start menu –Run - then type Dxdiag, then select each tab across the top of the window, and run the tests on each tab. Then select “Save All Information” button in the lower right of the window. This will bring up a dialog box to allow you to select a name for the file where the information will be saved. You can save it right on the desktop as this will make it easy to find. Then copy the contents of that file from the start to the heading that says “DirectX components” then paste what you have copied into a post in this thread.

That is why turning off background programs is in my list of standard advice. :)
I had never even heard of Xfire till now, so thanks for the tip guys, it will allow me to help others with the same problem in the future.
