Hi,

I just installed Victoria and Revolutions on a VISTA machine. Everything works fine except the mouse-over information on events. In place of the mouse-over descriptions of what the event choices will affect I get a small empty box. I see where one other person posted on this but the thread never went anywhere. Anyone have this problem and find a fix for it? It only seems to affect the events, all other mouse-over text seems to work fine.
