Moving Bug when switching to new country

Hello,

IC v1.01 rev 3 Arma
I started game as Argentina. Played a month.
Everything working great.

Saved game.

Surrendered.

Started new game as Australia.

Tried to move one unit and it want to attack province!
Quit and Surrendered again.
Tried Finland, same thing.

Workaround - Completely get out of game and start from scratch.
Then game works.

Bit odd. In Arma v1.2 I could switch to a new country and no move problems after
quit and surrender.
Maybe something not reset when I 1st played Argentina?

I have a question, did you minimize the game using CTRL+ALT+DEL? If you did this might be the cause. This is a known HOI2 issue and not only happens with IC
If you exit and reload the game this problem is gone

I don't think so. Is there an eMail I send to direct. Don't have mail client setup when trying to get to Contact Us on your site.
I am working remotely today and can send files, but cannot do it from this machine.
