Summary​

Moving Realm Capital creates free building slots.

Description​

If you make a barony that isn't the default county capital your realm capital, it gets a new building slot (to draw level with county capitals) this extra building slot is retained even if the capital is moved away again.

Steps to reproduce​

Start as any character that owns a barony title.
Move the realm capital to that barony and back again.

If you want to test this with only castle baronies, Duke Vratislav of Bohemia (in the 1066 start) can enact Limited Crown Law, revoke the other castle barony holding in the county of Prague, swap the county capital between the two, and benefit from two barony holdings with 3 slots (Czech culture doesn't start with Bailiffs in 1066). Also, it should be noted that swapping the holding again doesn't create yet another building slot, the technology limit still applies.

Also, some clarification: the bug is not that the new capital holding gets the building slot, the bug is that the holding that was previously the capital holding doesn't lose it's extra building slot.

The reason this is annoying is that it now becomes optimal to revoke all of your baronies, make them each your capital, then hand them out again as needed.
