Hi everyone,
got some issue while trying to join a multiplayer event because of a strange bug that makes every other players' game in the mp lobby crash.
Steam version, all DLCs, no mods, correct checksum, checked steam's files integrity, checked firewall permissions, everything seems allright.
I did a full "clean" reinstall (manually removing every existing stellaris-related folder everywhere in the pc), same problem.
The moment I log in the lobby, everyone crash.
If I host the game, others can join and play without problem. If I try to join, other people's game goes kaboom.
Did anyone have any idea of what can cause the problem?
Could it be that the steam library with the game is located in a different drive than the steam app? (both sdd drive)

Thank you in advance for all the help you can give me.

Do any of your players have an ASUS computer? If so, it is possibly this is due to an MP 'helper' app from them that can cause this to our games. We don't mention that app's name here, for obvious reasons.

Yeah, it was exactly “that” infamous app, I figured it out yesterday after 10 hours of pointless troubleshooting and by simply shutting it down and running the game again the connectivity issue was gone, sorry I forgot to update this post earlier.
Thank you for your answer and your time.
Best regards.
